Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Proud of you Rich. :)

Your increased "going" may be the first sign of the aging process. You probably had often needed to when you'd go to bed after drinking, but were too 'sedated' to wake up for it during the night. I haven't slept through a single night in over 25 years so, welcome to the club! It may be good to take a 1-2 hour nap per day to make up for any sleep deprivation you're experiencing. Tomorrow - New Record!!!
I usually stop drinking by 9pm and go to bed at 11pm so that's two hours between my last seltzer or ginger ale and bed.
As someone else mentioned I'm also taking vitamins very morning including some supplements that are supposed to help with anxiety.

I love sparkling water by the way. I like a bit of lemon in it too. It is my drink of choice now. Oh, and my morning cup of coffee too.
Enjoy some real good nights of sleep, Rich.
