Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I had to keep working of 'getting sober' not quitting drinking.
I found that getting some face to face time with other alchies really helped me. I would get so " upset with life" Thing is it keeps coming and you have to deal with it.
Also talk to your doctor. I have an imbalance of some kind and a simple Lexapro goes along way to stabilizing me.
Know that it will pass

Stopping drinking is a big adjustment physically and mentally -- so maybe it is part of withdrawal. If you don't feel better soon, maybe you should check in with a doctor.
Congratulations on stopping drinking!
Its aggravating when we want to get better and then come down with something!
