Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

Best wishes to you on your journey into a new, better life!!!
Good luck on your road to recovery!
God Bless
I'm on Day 20 & last night was my first social event. It went well. I wanted to bring my own drink along, but decided not to. If cravings get bad for me, having my own beverage helps more than having a boring glass of water or worse yet, a dry soda mixer from the bar. It just feels tacky to walk into a social gathering with my own koozie cup cooler and can of soda.
The host of the party last night literally told me I couldn't use a wine glass for my water. He took it from me as I was starting to pour it & gave me a water cup. I had to dig around the iced beers to find a water. I wish I'd just brought my own Perrier. But I didn't drink, & all was fine.
