Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

So now what? What will be different?
I know for me I needed a program, and I needed outside help (therapy). I also needed to tell on myself. I'd never told my husband, my parents, my friends that I have a problem. All these things got me started on the sobriety I so enjoy today.
You can do this.
Answer- One spoonful at a time.
Going sober one day at a time is much like that. If you drop your spoon you just pick it back up and start again!
Hi Sly, This is a link to a free online program that helped me get and stay sober. No drama or starting over again and again. This is a gift from me to you. Whether you take it is up to you.
