Hi guys, well yesterday was my 42 months sober. Three and a half years feels like 10. Time has slowed down as I find I am more aware of all the little things that I never took a moment to appreciate. I am so very thankful to have stepped out of that hazy blur that my life was. I think that if I hadn't quit when I did that I would suddenly be 80 and wondering what happened?

Instead of going to work I slept in until 11 am Now I'm treating myself at McAllister's to a Spud Max. When I go back tomorrow it will be Friday!
When I hit 42 months was when I began to go downhill. Went through a divorce, had a bad accident in my shop and my dad died from an accident at my house. I dealt with it in the wrong way and I should have known better but life being life is never what we want it to be all the time. Such is the world of duality. Peace only comes from within and I think you have found that peace but I am still working on it.
