Here is another link to think about!! Im in the first category and needed sooobriety and got sober young!! My oldest brother was a highly functioning Alcoholic he died 3 years ago and got sober butt it was to late the damage was to far advanced !!! For soo many of us it really can be the difference in life or death at many levels under many different stages!

It was a good, thorough, contemporary look at sobriety (?) today, and some of the various nuances. I do wish this stuff were more widely available for people to see. Living sober comes in many packages.

I know; i've got almost 33 years now. I am starting to see with new eyes all over again what it means. I do love it and wouldn't live any of the past 33 years loaded if I could go back.

Best movie depicting a true alcoholic imo - "Flight" with Denzel Washington. Especially the scene when he gets drug to his first AA meeting.
