Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I just went to a neighboring town AA meeting where they handed out medalions for the month. Six people from this small group ( 20 present today) had January anniversies.
One, Two, Four, Twenty-Three , Twenty-eight and twenty-nine years. All spoke and all were uplifting. All told someone tallied that we had over 265 years of sobriety in the room !
We may not always agree exactly how this program works. But work it does!
