Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

The things I am learning in recovery are soo simple but so amazing too....
Not sure when it happened but I am really starting to be grateful for all the blessings in my life and they are becoming my happiness...
I am starting to learn to look at the moment instead of the larger picture all at once (the past and what the future could bring)...I am startig to trust in my higher power, my sponsor and the program...and it feels so good!!!
Things are not perfect and may never be but I know I have so much to be grateful for and that things will fall into place, maybe not on my time but they will...and the best part, I do not have to constantly worry about them...I can turn them over top my higher power and he will show me the ansawer, when it is time...
I am still pretty new to everything and have a lot of learning to do but feeling so much better already....
Just past the 3 month mark and loving it :) I think this might be the longest I have ever gone....the program is really amazing!! So, happy that I feel I am starting to get it!!! :)
And thank all of you here who answered so many of my repetitive question, and were encouraging....
I may never be recovered but that is ok because I truly enjoy going to meeting, well sometimes and those times when I really dont want to go, I always leave so glad that I did go....Its after the meeting I see how much I truly needed it sometimes
I am VERY grateful for the program, this site, and everyone here!!!
Oh, my sponsor always tells me that it took her so much longer to get were I am, but I know I would not of "got" it so fast had it not been from my time here :)

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

what your sponsor said we may be all be on spiritual journey but all starting at differnent points and taking different paths, speeds, life experiences. It is really cool.
Got a lot out of reading your post. Thanks!
Hugs!
