well i'm going to a meeting in san diego..shame i have to be all the way across country to get a ride to a meeting sheesh..thats one of the reasons i don't go in my town ..they're a mess and can't get a ride..i'm loving the weather here..thanks again for all the support getting me to fly ..it was worth it hugs to you all

One last thing, do not go to Tiajuana, Mexico. I know it is only 30 min away, but just don't go.

hey neighbor, I'm a San Diego native too. Howdy! Yes, the weather is amazing and the people are awesome. Just too many of them now. I go home every year and it just gets more & more crowded. Such a shame. Sure not like it was when I was growing up. Still beeeautiful though!

Was on exchange at San Diego Naval Base back in 96. Massive. Stayed with friends at La Jolla. Yes, made it to Tijuana. Very bad very very bad.

LOL Coogie! Yeah, growing up in SD, there was always plenty of trouble to get into! The beach was 20 minutes away, the desert 1 hour, the mountains 30-45 mins. Small wonder I wound up here!

SD. is 45 min from me here inland!! if you are ever in Temecula, that is north from SD. come check out the Valley Meetings they are Great!

I went to a meeting in San Diego while attending thier 1996 roundup.
What a great time.
Nothing like hopping in the car or on a plane with a bunch of recovering drunks and going to a roundup.
There is nothing more inspiring than a good speaker, a sobriety countdown and spending the weekend with a few thousand drunks.
By the way the dances are awesome.

San Diego is one of my favorite cities, alway's something to do and the weather there is awesome.We use to scuba and dive at la jolla. Also i was stationed there in the navy. My grandma lives by balboa park and use to visit her when I was a kid.
