Hi --
Today is day 7 for me. As discussed I spent last evening in our basement cleaning and organizing. It felt really good to be productive after dinner and also great to finally start a project I've been talking about doing for months.
I did have a terrible nights sleep though. I had a bunch of strange dreams / nightmares that woke me up several times so I slept a little later than usual.
I"m going to make some coffee in a little while and hopefully that will give me the kick I need to get moving this morning.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Also I am now a poet as that rhymed. LOL
I don't know why but I can't recall one nightmare, since I started doing the steps 7 years ago, however, before I sought treatment, my whole life was a nightmare!
