Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Lots got done yesterday. Some old friends came by to cut up a huge tree that had toppled. One was a huge party of mine back in the day. Federal prison sobered him up, and he's an example to me.
Got moms garden raked and some antiques placed that have meaning. Transplanted some iris that is at least 100years old.
Daughter n boyfriend came over n watched the Superbowl. At one point boyfriend said he was going to go get beer. Told him n her noooooo. :)
Made it through sober..... in bed by 9 .
Onto day 5 and a work week:)
