Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Buddha Cat I'm glad you find gardening as theoretic as me. Its not typical for the ground to be thawed this early in Montana. And as much as I love snow I'm grateful its not 40 below today. I need to be outdoors.
Check out in my picks the start of my garden. All the relics have meaning to my mom or I.
Proud of you for being on Day 4 :)
I'm sorry that you've got triggers today but I'm glad you've been gardening to keep busy. I'll check out your pics.
I guess it goes without saying by my profile name and my avi picture of a Broncos cheerleader, I do love my football and I'll be starting my football withdrawal tomorrow. :(
Enjoy the rest of your day !
Hugs~

Personally I don't believe in "triggers" when it came to my drinking. I drank when happy, stressed, sad, up, down, whatever.
To avoid stressing out in early sobriety I always gave myself an exit plan. I still stressed over stuff but when I did; I'd leave. Even if for a few minutes. My first thanksgiving with my family sober was one such time. I invited a sober "wing woman" to join me from AA, and, I had to go outside to breath from time to time even with this.
So take a deep breath; go garden; and enjoy being on the right side of the top soil:=)
