Today is day 5 ,,,I fell good ,just tired,,,really tired.Why is that?

5 days!! you rock good for you. Symptoms of alcohol withdrawal. The more heavily a person had been drinking, the more likely they are to develop symptoms when they stop. Withdrawal symptoms include insomnia, fatigue, cravings, and mood instability.The severity of symptoms is the most acute for the first week or two, and lessen as time goes on. That might explain your fatigue. It will pass.. :)

Good to hear you are on day 5! The tiredness could be your body detoxing from the regular onslaught of alcohol but I hope you pay your doctor a visit if you are concerned.

Im getting about 8 hrs sleep a night yes ,,, I'm sure you are all right and this will pass,,,, it is amazing what God can do when a person acts on a positive internal thought ,,, this non drinking is gonna be uplifting in many ways.
