Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
You are very welcome to D.S.
If you are an alcoholic it is likely that you will need more than hope in order to achieve long-term sobriety, although hope is a good starting point. Alcoholics have a mental obsession for alcohol which drives them to take the first drink and until a change takes place in the way of thinking which removes this obsession, there will always be a danger of relapse. There may be various methods of achieving this personality change but for me it was Alcoholics Anonymous. Do you have a plan or programme that will help you to avoid another relapse?
