Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I completed 18 months sober today thanks to all your support! Got my yoga exam tomorrow. I have been doing a yoga teacher's training course for the last 4 months. Wish me luck. If i become a good yoga teacher, maybe I will be able to help many alcoholics / addicts and people with other problems.
