And I have no cravings whatsoever, the job search is going better and I feel incredible. The counseling and meetings have been a godsend. God bless DS and the wonderful people that encourage all of us on a daily basis.

Thank God for the gift of Sobriety......The results of doing the 12 steps and getting involved in your own recovery, volunteering for service commitments, secretary, literature, treasurer, helping others, picking people up who don't have rides to AA meetings, Conventions and many other AA activities.

That's awesome confused, great job on 16 days! I remember those first couple of weeks (not too long ago) and they were definitely challenging. So glad you've made it and going strong with your job search. It will take time to get another job, or you may not get something ideal right out of the gate, but if it looks decent grab it. I know the news says the economy is improving, but things are tough out there especially for those of us who aren't 25 and willing to work 15 hour days for peanuts! Ugggh ran into a lot of that myself.

U will be so happy when u hit 3 weeks. U will be so proud of yourself when u hit 1 month. Me personally, I have had a total of 2 beers in 11 months and I feel great! (the 2 beers is a long story, if your interested, u can look at an old post). Keep up the great work. It's hard and its work, but It's worth it!

Isn't it a miracle? The days will add up, God is all the way with you, if you ask Him for the strength to stay sober EVERY SINGLE DAY. Don't forget to thank Him as well. God bless you and good luck with the job search.
