Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."
Typically it will just create a false sense of safety until you go out
cause you will then not understand how long it is treading you down
to get back to a higher place I would say see a dr and get a anti-anxiety med at least temporarily until you can go outside on a regular basis
and go out with people who you trust or you feel safe with
I would say pray for God The Father to be with you and ask Jesus that you can rest in his sacred heart for in doing he will protect and give you counsel
Also ask the father to forgiveness of sins through Jesus
it will not be a cure but these things why our bodies and souls down
when we let years of unrepentant sins build up in us and also
learn to forgive yourself and other's
The lighter you are the less contended you will be
I pray a rosary every day and it makes every day easier
It could take a long time to find people or circumstances that will help you
A lot of the people have seen have not none a lot about what they thing they know but I have learned at least something from all of them including their mistakes
research for your self
Of hand the only immediate thing I could think that would overcome it would be abounding love in all things!
