Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

Please keep sharing, we are here for you. Online support groups like this are very helpful, I hope you will find comfort here.
Take care, God bless.
The only thing I really have is prayer and online support groups like this.
As I explained in my post I'm also feeling very rejected and brokenhearted, I guess I had thought I finally had found the "one" but as usual these things never turn out as one wishes. It's probably better to just be alone and don't get my hopes up.
I know this sounds so negative but my hope is I won't live a long time. I just turned 46 and the loneliness is just too much to bare anymore.
But I’m right back to being housebound, haven’t been able to work in two years, can’t drive, can’t walk more than three houses down before I start running to get back inside.
Please look into medication. A anti anxiety pill is like a fire extinguisher for panic attacks. It’s life changing. You’ll be able to contribute more in your day to day tasks, and get a break from worrying.
Best of luck
