Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."
Give it a few more days as it may just be a reaction from your flu shot. If you're still feeling it I'd go see your doc to rule out menopause issues or maybe an inner ear problem. I've been through all the tests for it, so if you have any questions feel free to drop me a line.
Take care and relax! ;o)

I've been tested for this so many times, as I've been lightheaded for so long but the last months it seems worse than ever. Dang.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one as I am getting convinced at times that I am truly going crazy.
(((((((hugs))))))) and thanks so much for sharing
