Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

It is very hard to spot the positive things or people when suffering with anxiety or depression. I know from my own experience. This was a tough weekend and I did not feel like too many people cared about me at all, but I did get out to see family for a little while.
Just try to hang in there as bad as the anxiety can feel and remember that things don't remain the same. Feelings change and positive people may come into your life, as well.
