Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

Tell him about your depression and social anxiety. You may need to see a psychiatrist
to see if medication could help. And see an outside therapist possibly. Look for
library books on how to talk to other people and socializing.
I know what that feels like. Ignore your mom. I know its hard advice to follow, but by her laughing at you all she is doing is hurting you and tearing you down, when she should be helping you. That doesn't mean she is a bad mom, but she doesn't sound like she really understands how hard and scary these feelings can be. It sounds like your dad is trying to be helpful, but maybe not how you need him to be. I'm glad you wrote here and are reaching out for some connection. That means you can reach out. Remind yourself of the little things you are doing, it helps get out from the pull of the thoughts "I can't". You Can Do This.
Message me anytime, I've been where you are and knowing there are people who support you was the most helpful thing for me.
Sending you lots of Love and Positivity.
