Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

I actually kind of enjoy this solitude. After all, we all are occupied with our own problems. It is understandable why people always respond to others' ordeal in a passive tone.
However, I believe not all people are that cold-hearted and selfish. You just have to talk to the "right" person. Could you think of one of two friends who are friendly, understanding and you're comfortable talking with? You don't have to worry about bothering them, at least not when you haven't tried yet. (sorry if you have) If they are busy I'm sure they would let you know. That's completely fine and has nothing to do with "you bothering them", it's just that they too need time to deal with their own needs.
It is very kind of you to be considerate even when you're so sad, this is a virtue you should be proud of. :)
