Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."
Anxiety is basically your Fight or Flight response going loopy in your system. So I guess it is logical for your mind to guard itself by changing your thoughts of fear into thoughts of anger. Just be careful that you don't let the anger take over. Anger is an emotion that can be harmful to yourself and others. When you feel the anger, just look at the people, shake your head and think WOW, these people are idiots, but maybe they're going through some rough times too. :o)
