Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."
I second that. I have done both, they are great a reducing your tension.
Not sure I would class it as a cure, though, for me it is more of a maintenance to keep me level.
I have not been doing it lately, as I have been so tired, but if anyone does get a chance to try it, I would certainly recommend both Yoga and Meditation.
You can get loads of meditation visualizations on Utube. Just key in Meditation.
