HI I am starbright I have had agoraphobia and social problems for over thirty yrs. I am married and have four children. I can go outside but must stay in a comfort zone of five miles get out of that and can't take it.

i just made a profile now, i have almost everytype of anxiety problem i dont really want to tell my hole story but what i do want to do is make some friends who have the same problem becuase i know where your at. i was thinking of starting a phone book up where every one joins up and calls each person on the list everyday so every one gets to know each other and if one person doesnt call people that day then they still get a alot of calls and wont feel alone even if they are alone, i want to get people together and i want to do it quick, i know all of you guys seem to be knew any one have a good idea or think this might work
