That can be a sensitive subject. I have been the same, only the closest people to me know about my issue. None of my friends have ever asked, so I’ve never said anything about it. With girlfriends, I casually brought it up so she would not be caught off guard if there may be a chance of her seeing it. Good luck & hope you have a great day.

In my case my sister and daughter as well as my therapist and some in my community know about my wetting.
I must say that it was sometimes embarresing for me when they found out or when I told them. However they usually have not reacted so that I had to feel embarressed. It was more in my mind. But it shows that people are more tolerant than you think.
It’s different with kids and teenagers. I believe they have more a problem and I always tried to help my daughter when she dealt with embarresment or bullying.

My mom and siblings know. I have one friend that found out because she saw a good nite at my house and we’re still friends but I wouldn’t tell anyone else

Parents, grandparents, aunts and cousins. And two of my best friends know.

How did your friends react when you told them?

My friend laughed about it at first but then apologized for laughing and it wasn’t that big a deal in the end.

My parents knew it (but dad passed away and mom has lost her memory).
Now, only my sister and my older nephew know (but my sister and her kids also have bedwetting issues). I've never had long term relationships with girlfriends due to my wetting issues.
(Of course, doctors also know it)

I’m glad I found friends on this site here and I can talk about wetting and all what comes with it. It helped me a lot.
My auntie knows.

I rarely talk about it with family and friends. I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable. A couple of my good friends know, and it is no big deal. One friend is a nurse, so she has plenty of experience, all things medical. I have talked about it with three different doctors. The first, I thought, did not handle it professionally, No wonder most people don't want to talk about it! The second was a urologist, and he found nothing physically wrong with me. Same old story. My current doctor was very understanding, and helped me get the supplies I need.

My wife, my kids, my Dr's, and my therapist. I told my mother in confidence a couple months ago, and she almost immediately told my sister and my father, so now that all know. None of them are rude about it, but I'm not happy about that situation.
