I have been a bedwetter for my entire life, until last year. For some reason, I suddenly stopped wetting the bed last year. I enjoyed not having to wear a diaper to bed every night and really hoped that that chapter in my life was over. But after about six month of being dry, I started wetting again this week and have been wet every night since. Has anyone else had a period of dry nights only to start wetting again?

I've just been updating my profile information because I had a birthday last week, and so I'm now 25 instead of 24. It doesn't feel any different though!Just so you all know a bit about me: I suffer with anxiety and occasional panic attacks, and sometimes I do an accidental wee in bed while I'm asleep. Now I'm a year older than this time last week I can report that nothing has changed, although...

I am pretty much a lifelong bedwetter. I managed to stop wetting the bed at about 20 years of age. It slowly tapered off from every night to just a few times a month in my late teens. It finally stopped when the year I turned 20. I remained dry till I turned 40. When I started wetting again, it came back with a vengeance. Suddenly I was wetting every night again. For the last 20 years, I could probably count the number of dry mornings on one hand. Thank God for thick cloth diapers and plastic pants, otherwise my bed would be a swimming pool every morning.
