I believe that is why this group was formed. I would hope that everyone in the group has the same problem and would like to share thoughts and ideas with one another? Some with this issue all of their lives and others are new to this issue due to some event. For me, I have always had bed-wetting issues, but they got worse 10 years ago when I fell from a 2nd story window. I recovered from knee surgery, but left me with damage to nerves in my back. Since the fall, I feel that I'm more healthier now than ever before. I exercise more, play sports, eat healthier and maintain a completely normal life. But I simply cannot stay dry at night and I have little feeling below my waste. It's improved over time, but I simply accept it as it is. I also have issues when driving or flying long distances. I'm good for about 2 hours, but anything after that, I cannot tell that I need to go and I could have an accident. So, I prepare for these type of trips and it has not effected my day to day routine. Thank goodness there are products to help us today.

I started bed wetting 7 years ago, I woke up and the bed was soaked, mattress and all. I went to work, then returned home soon to take care of the bed. I went out and bought a vinyl mattress protector the same day and Depends diapers, then had to explain to my wife that night about what happened and what I did to prevent it again. So nightly she reminds me to put on my protection and I do. I'm a heavy wetter so I put on soakers inside the diaper and plastic pants over them. Last night I woke up with just the soakers saturated so I get to wear the diaper again with new soakers,
