Hey group, I somehow stumbled onto superundies. They look and fit similar to male underpants, but they are designed like pull up cloth protection. I ordered night time protection versions in two sizes. My waist is 33" so I ordered the medium and also large. Medium size for men is 28" to 32". Large is 34" to 38". The large are a bit loose so I fold the top over and that snugs the top. They are 6 layers and I add 2 so I layer up to 8 layers and put on snug full cut briefs over them to snug up the legs, then I put on the high back plastic pants for nights even though they have a waterproof cover. The mediums fit great. I wear them with 6 layers which they come with for evening time in case I fall asleep in my recliner before bed time, they have some extra elastic flex in them in all directions and also have a waterproof cover. There are also 4 layer versions for lighter wetters. I get them at adultclothdiaperme.com but they are available at other sites as well, so people can shop around. Comfort is very amazing and adding more layers in the pocket is easy to do, probably right up to 12 layers.
