How do you dry cloth pullups when camping?

When I'm camping it is a different environment, I can't figure out how to wash and dry the cloth pull ups and not have anyone else know about it.  I wear night time disposables and a multi-layer cloth pull up I made over it. This provides wicking for overflow, but then it's wet, so it needs to be washed and dried.  If I'm camping 3+ days, I run out of clock pull ups, I try to wash and air dry them, but they never dry when camping.  Help!  What can I do or what do you do?

Like the guy who asked the way to XYZ and was told: "I wouldn't start from here!" but could a more efficient disposable plus plastic pants cut out the need for cloth pull-up pants at all?
I found Tena or Mollicare pads [or better slips] did the trick for me,
with good plastic pants and bedsheet for added safety.

I do agree with Nicolas. I think that in this specific case, using cloth diapers for a long stay and not have anyone else know about it is not possible. You could not really dry your diapers inside a tent. So just when you're camping maybe you should wear disposable diapers. I know they are bad for our planet but I don't see any other solution, sorry.

I would recommend like the others mentioned a good disposible diaper\Plastic or rubberpant,Iuse TenaFlex Maxi with rubber pants.You also can try apocket catheter made by Urodry.

cloth pullups won't be a good option for the woods if you care about secrecy.

Dude camping and bedwetting can be rough. Take precautions. I don't wear disposable underwear normally since I only wet the bed occasionally, but I do wear when not sleeping at home. Try some different disposable products and find what works for you and use them when camping.

Camping is so awesome, don't let bedwetting take anything away from the experience.
