Hi all, so during the past week I've been pretty sick (usual flu-like symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea etc.), and last night I wet the bed while staying at her place. We've only been together for 2 months and I've only wet the bed one other time sleeping with her (and a couple times at mine while she was working nights)...

Thankfully she has a waterproof cover on her bed but we were sleeping on new sheets and the mattress is only 3 months old so I'd feel terrible ruining them if I spewed or had another accident tonight. It took me a while but I finally told her I think it'd be a good idea if I got some "disposable underwear" in case it happens again. She said don't worry about it or feel bad but if you don't want to wake me up or do more washing she's ok with it, I think? I bought some protection for tonight, my question though is how do I not make it awkward when we're getting ready for bed? I don't want her to feel weirded out since the relationship is fresh, thoughts???
