I am very happy with Tenaflex - the most absorbent/largest capacity version and a little oversize rather than under-size - I have better results with "large" than with "Medium" although technically I am just in the medium bracket.

Other cheaper brands work most of the time but have too many leaks and tape problems for me to want to rely on them.

I use Rite Aid absorbent underwear, pull up style. Super Plus for daytime, Overnight for bed. I am a heavy wetter, so they do overfill frequently, and use a rubber pad and a towel to keep the bedding dry.

I wear Depends Maximum Protection every night. I never leak, but I almost always wake up soaked because of how much I wet. I also wear diapers during the daytime on occasion (I have to travel a lot for my job and have to sleep on planes). I wear the usual maximum or the medium depending on the trip and how visable the diaper is over my clothing. They are very soft between the legs though and are not very visable.

My preference is the Abena or Secure. While leaks are inevitable at some point or another, they have managed to keep me dry better than any other products I have tried.

Considering cost, Attends w/ waistband (plastic backed) have been the best so far.

I previously used Molicare Super - and they were! - but now use Tena Slip Maxi, which are less absorbent but cope fairly well. I have to add a cloth booster inside or soaker outside when suddenly I am wetting very heavily.

Tena Maxi work for me and I get them supplied on the NHS which is a great help.

Thick cloth diapers with plastic pants are the only overnight solution for me. I’ve tried some of the best disposables and just get leaks from them. I guess it’s because I’m on my side most of the night

I use disposable Incontrol+ and (prefold) cloth diapers and always plastic pants.
This works best for me. Whether or not I use cloth diapers or disposable depends on my situation. Cloth diapers are more flexible as I can add one or two layers to get a more absorbent padding when required.
And cloth diapers are cheaper in the long run too.

cvs store brand overnights work great for me minimal leaks. Targets are cheaper but leaks :(

Abena had always worked great for us.

I use to use abena all the time. But now most of the time I stick with better dry. Excellent at night. But can be easily concealed in the daytime as well
