Adrenal Fatigue Support Community Group

We are a support group for individuals who have been diagnosed with (or suspect that they have) Adrenal Fatigue. Adrenal Fatigue lies somewhere between Addison's and Cushing's and is very underdiagnosed. We hope to provide support and education on treatment for this illness.

I am interested. Hopefully, some folks are still checking this site. I had a pulmonary embolism a little over a year ago, which started me on a long journey to take care of myself better. This past year, I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue. I have found a wonderful internal medicine doctor who has been VERY instrumental in my recovery. I am feeling much better now. I am interested in joining the discussion.

We're still here and checking in. The technical problems eat up journals, hugs and responses. That's what's happened to me anyway. Keep posting. People are trying to respond.

It's going to take a miracle to fix the mess DS has left us in. Fortunately, I believe in miracles! xox

hey im here, just joined. i have adrenal fatigue. whats hard for me is probably common... i know i need to fix it but i dont have the energy or motivation to actually do it. everything is hard, each task of life. im so tired and drained just from daily life.

So glad to have found a collection of people who understand! I have been acutely sick with adrenal fatigue since July. It is now February, and my practitioner is talking about drug tweaking that can only take place in June...in the meantime, life has been SO hard & SO isolated!

Animalhouse, there is hope!!! After 11 months of this I am finally able to walk around the block and up hills again!! It has been quite the journey, I have had to do my own research to solve my problem because the doctors are not very helpful. Anyone who wants to know how I recovered I am happy to share. Looking to be able to get back to work by May 1st. Whatever you guys do please avoid steroid medicine like the plague that it is.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
