I completely agree with 'deeregirl06' that anxiety is always a part of ADD/ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 7 or 8 years old and I can tell you that when it is managed properly ADHD/ADD is a great strength! Do you have anything that you really have a passion for (something that's good/productive) that you could really hyperfocus on? For me I can hyperfocus on playing piano or web development (HTML) or a numbmer of other things, but when I get into hyper focus mode it really helps me to go a little bit out of reality for a short time to 'get by mind back in working order' and when I'm done i feel better and am able to carry on with life better. :D hope this helps
