I suffer from ADHD and its actually becoming more and more of a hastle each day. I notice more when im employed just how much it affecys my life. Im 23 and also have anxiety disorder. The ADHD undetstandably adds a lot to my anxiety. Im on prozac so Im pretty sure amphetamines have bad interractions with it. I also am concerned with amphetaminesgiving me more anxiety. I want to try and come off the prozac so id rather not get on another medication anyway. I really want some insight on any natural alternatives i could take and any advice on methods to cope. Sorry about my writing by the way..its late and im tired! I appreciate any feedback! :-)
I would definitely ask the doctor about the possibility of adding in a stimulant. It completely changed our son's world when he started one.
