3. No drugs... I'm studying psychopharmacology @ school- you'd be amazed what's in these pills
4. Read books... I have two from one of my professors I recomend (they're on my profile)
5. Don't get discouraged: "ADD" could just mean your daughter is bored to death and "ADHD" could just mean your son is hyper... like me... be glad they have personalities, unlike some boring people in this world
