Addison's disease (also known as chronic adrenal insufficiency, or hypocortisolism) is a rare endocrine disorder. It is estimated that it affects about 1 to 2 in 100,000 people. It occurs when the adrenal glands, seated above the kidneys, fail to produce enough of the hormone cortisol and, sometimes, the hormone aldosterone

I will look into Magnesium and as far as my meds are concerned I don't go back to my endo until the end of September.
Funny how everything is connected to this disease and when I was first diagnosed I was told all I had to do was take HC and live a normal life.
My foot/toes contort in the oddest ways. It takes everything I have to calmly work my heel to the floor and try to relax. I use a heating pad for comfort.
Yes, like you the soreness can persist for days. I drink tons of water...eat lots of salt...oh, and my favorite new cocktail is pickle juice!!! I used to drink soda water for the quinine, but was told it could be harmful...so, stopped that.
I celebrate the days I DON'T have cramps.
Best wishes....Ingrid
I try to take B12 once or twice a week. My levels were 740 two weeks ago for my last physical:) My feet never tingle now.
