I have never heard of "burning mouth syndrome". Can you tell us about it?
I am familiar with the fatigue roller coaster. I have ready many comments from folks who feel nearly normal on their steroids but that has never been the case with me. As I am aging I require more and more rest. Have you checked with your doc? I have found that I need to listen to my body and rest when it says rest. But to answer your question I am managing my life around the need to rest.
Haven't tried Rogaine yet but a girlfriend says it helps her. My mama had neuropathy and my heart goes out to you. When I was having pain in my mouth I thought of her so often. She is gone now. Do you have diabetes? She did. About your thyroid decrease. I understand. Seems our input might have some bearing as they experiment with dosage adjustments. My endo let me up (5mg more in AM) my hydrocortisone the past two days and I swear it has made a difference already. Can that be? So fast? or am I just imagining it. Of course, I was dehydrated and that may have been what I was experiencing. Did you start your new dose? I always have trouble adjusting fludrocortisone. I live on the desert and summers are so hot I have to adjust it. Let me know how it goes if you adjust. what symptoms do you exhibit? Later..
