Oh I'm so sorry about your Mom:( Try to carry pretzel sticks with you during these hard times. Even if you are not hungry, they will taste good to you because of the salt.
Our medicine Fludrocortisone won't work unless you eat salt after you take the pill. It makes our bodies retain salt and gets our blood pressure up, so please try to munch a couple pretzels every couple hours. Even when I'm not hungry, if I put a couple pretzel sticks in my mouth, they taste AMAZING! I know it's just the salt that my body is so happy about and my brain just equates that with them tasting like the best food on earth!
If your head feels drunk and your legs get shaky, that's when you need to stress dose and get some medical help.
