You mention taking florinef for your AD, but do you also take hydrocortisone?
Have you had your heart checked out? It is possible that your symptoms are not AD related, but heart related, or some other chest problem going on. THe big worries are heart, or course, and pulmonary embolism. There are all sorts of things that can cause chest pain and shortness of breath, and without knowing a lot more about you and your history there is not much that can be said. What does your doctor say?
With that being said, if you are having chest pain that is not getting relieved, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, palpitations, pain into your arms, neck or jaw, dizziness - all these are potential signs of heart problems and should be checked out ASAP. You should see your doctor if you haven't already.
