Addison's disease (also known as chronic adrenal insufficiency, or hypocortisolism) is a rare endocrine disorder. It is estimated that it affects about 1 to 2 in 100,000 people. It occurs when the adrenal glands, seated above the kidneys, fail to produce enough of the hormone cortisol and, sometimes, the hormone aldosterone
It should not be a problem to get both shots together. That's what they say. However, obviously, it doesn't always go so well. People with AD have immune systems that don't function normally. We are not really immune compromised as such, but I know my system doesn't work like it should. It probably overwhelmed your immune system to get exposed to both viruses at once. That or you are allergic to the base the vaccine comes in. Are you allergic to eggs? ANyway, the vaccines supposedly cannot make you sick - but some people do get some symptoms for a few days. Hopefully it will pass for you. Take is a lesson learned about your body. In the future, one vaccine at a time. Good luck.
