Precisely ptriss. Thats how I feel! Just Stop eating! In fact, yesterday Dr Oz had an expert on his show telling us not to eat Meat, Fish and Dairy due to contamination of toxic metals.
The last time I went to the store I didnt have a list, just knew I was hungry and I walked around aimlessly wanting to pick out something healthy but fast. I felt lost! This was a big store! Well big for Alaska. Its called Three Bears and its an offshoot of Costco warehouse style but about a third the size of a Costco store.
I was too hungry to go for salad or vegetarian. They dont have organic produce anyway.
Grow your own if you can find any organic seeds left. And then collect your own seeds from your garden.
Yes its tough when you are hungry & a box of mallow cookies looks good!
I'm drowning in info about wheat, ADD , processed foods, food intolerances , supplements, low T and "Potatos Not Prozac". But I'm not getting it done. Anyone have any suggestions?

But really, we shouldn't have to trek to a mystic mountain top to get what we need. Keep it simple.Some of us can't get enuff of certain nutrients/minerals because of health conditions but the average person should be able to get it all from diet alone.
How can all these health diets - thousands on Dr Oz - possibly be what we need?
Apparently we don't have enough real problems in our lives?
