I now have an even more reason to be thankful- I not only survived, with my vision intact, but the excellent surgeon at Cedars Sinai reported he had been aggressive in removing the entire tumor! This still needs to be confirmed via blood levels in three months, but I am very thankful in having had the surgery -with no complications!

I have begun telling co workers about the disorder. I think I am more confident in not being pitied or thought of as different. It's been seven years before This macro became a micro adenoma. I feel free of the label. Very surprised and grateful that It had shrunk and moved away from the carotid artery (where it was wrapped around).

If I could, I would like to give others hope that time and patience brings. If I was able to benefit from surgery, despite the original, inoperable diagnosis, there's a good chance that others will also benefit. Keep supportive people informed, their prayers and kind thoughts go a long way!
