Acromegaly (from Greek akros "high" and megas "large" - extremities enlargement) is a hormonal disorder that results when the pituitary gland produces excess growth hormone (hGH). Acromegaly most commonly affects middle-aged adults and can result in serious illness and premature death. Join the group to discuss symptoms, diagnosis, and treatments.
If you think that each assay has an accuracy of (say) 10% then you can see that the values are quite similar.
The average of these two values is 304.
Also as rrxing has rightly said in the previous post, each assay method has a different range. You cannot directly compare the values tested in two methods.

What is the normal range on my age? I see always diffrent range.
For somebody between the age of 40-54 years (Male or Female), then according to my big orange book (Greenspan 'Basic & Clinical Endocrinology'), the normal range is 90-360 ug/L.
Hopefully, that's good news for you?
