I finished reading and will have to read it again and again, how ever you have I feel coverd almost everything relating to me anyway.
my looks have improved greatly, lost at list 15 kg and looking almost as good as some 10 years ago, also from my legs and face alot, 3 size's in total. BUT te pain is worst and need another colonoscopy as I became anemic.... WELL - it seems as a never ending story, and all kind of medics love to talk to me too. a V.I.P.
carry on!! it is a good therapy doing that!!! emotionaly I am ok. I am a therapist myself so I am doing alot of self help work, and when working with others it helps me too.
Also to remember that: the past is gone!! I cant change it, only the way I feel about it !!!
I live in the now and work on today and tomorrow!! and positivly as it is my choice.
