I had my 6 week post-op MRI yesterday and no residual tumor was seen> I am very relieved. The next hurdle will be a GH suppression test in about 5-6 weeks. I am hoping that my GH levels stay low. My post-op IGF-1 was higher than all the others at 295 but I hear it takes a while to normalize.
My energy is becoming a bit more dependable, the headaches are less frequent and I think that my TMJ is going to recover.
Kudos to my fellow pituitary tumor sufferers who go back for a second surgery because the thought of that sends me into orbit!!

Don't be to disheartened if you GH levels don't come down at the first OGTT, mine were still high but I knew I was getting better as, day by day, my energy was coming back. A few months later I had my next OGTT and they are within limits....just. Hang in there, if you can feel improvements day-by-day then something is happening even though the results might suggest otherwise.
As for the TMJ, that was probably the one single thing that I noticed as improving to the point where it say I was back to normal now.
I had my surgery 9 months ago now and still seeing improvements so I'll keep my fingers crossed that you're the same.
