So - I am assuming no macrosomia here.
The only hormonal anomaly in my family is that my mum went through a fairly early menopause (beginning mid 40s) . There is no known predisposition to diabetes/hypoglycaemia in my family.

There is a man from U.K called gary tiplady,he has acromegaly and is 7ft 3ins,he works as a lookalike for roles made famous by richard kiel,he weighed 16lbs when born,but his childhood was normal until 17 years of age when the growth excellerated,there is loads on the internet about him.
