I had just assumed that my immune system was low or that something was going wrong around some of the "wonderful" excess hair I have in abundance. Since then, I have read so many accounts of the strange things our bodies can do and have learned that we can be surprised by them. Like many people from this forum, I learned that the hard way.

I do not know much about those values. I've had some connection issues.
I know I had tried to answer one of your posts and that may be one that was lost and never was posted because of my problems with connections. Sometimes when that happens I give up and don't come back and retype everything.

I do know that the values differ from one lab to another and that I have to send blood to Mayo Clinic so they can run their own tests. I request copies of tests from labs, as MCTRJT has often suggested to us to keep in our files. Those lab reports include the values used by those labs. What they don't indicate is what is considered normal for a given gender and age group.

There is a wealth of information available on the internet, though. There is a pituitary network. Facebook has a wonderful new group being formed for new patients and their families, too.

From there you can look at our journals or our hugbooks or our photo albums. You can learn a great deal from browsing those.
