Acromegaly most commonly affects middle-aged adults and can result in serious illness and premature death. Join the group to discuss symptoms, diagnosis, and treatments.
I've never heard of its benefits before but worthwhile looking into.
Every morning I sprinkle about 1 tbsp each of Chia & hemp seeds as well as ground flax (I grind the flax seed in small coffee grinder & put into freezer for convenience) onto my wholegrain cereal. Have been adding raw sunflower seeds as well. I sure am nutty & seedy when I've finished my brekkie!! If nothing else, along with the glass of warm water upon arising, it keeps me regular!!! :-)
The brand is Life Extension Foundation at LEF.com. The brand also checks out favorably on consumerlabs.com.

I also supplement with green tea extract, grape seed extract and resveritrol.

I take NOW curcumine manufactured by Now Foods and curcumine from Dr. Best. I combine both brands so that I also get small amount of biopirine to increases the absorption. I am not shore if these two brands have the highest levels of curcuminoids (they have 95%) but they are both on positive list from consumerlab.
