If someone is diagnosed as a teenager and has all the symptoms - above average growth and coarsened features - apon receiving treatment in say the patient's early twenties - would their features decoarsen or by then have a person's facial characteristics set in spite of any potential treatments?
I think soft tissues return to normal fairly quickly after responding to treatment. I don't think bone changes are reversible though. I might be corrected on that but I've not seen or read anything to suggest that's the case.
